A Friendly and Professional Home Inspection
My name is Rikk Silvia, and through my business, 603 Home Inspection, I offer you a home inspection with unbeatable customer service and knowledge that you can depend on. Licensed in the state of New Hampshire and with both InterNACHI and ASHI membership, I have made my business as professional and trustworthy as possible. With the help of 603 Home Inspection, customers won’t feel overwhelmed during the home-buying process. Instead, they can relax knowing that I am here to guide them every step of the way.
I perform thorough inspections of residential homes, with specialized knowledge about waterfront and vacation properties. After spending ten years remodeling and selling homes, I have developed an eye for detail that helps me spot possible defects during my inspections. Please feel free to call me at any time during and after the inspection process with your questions.

An Interactive Home Inspection Report
I use HomeGauge Software during all home inspections to list my findings and create a password-protected comprehensive digital report. Customers will be able to access this report from a computer or mobile device on my website within just 24 hours after the inspection.
An interactive Create Request List™ (CRL) tool unique to HomeGauge reports is available for the customer to use. With this tool, customers can compile a list all issues found during my inspection and indicate the ways in which they’d like to address them.
