A Passion for Helping Others
While I was flipping houses, I began having conversations with realtors and home inspectors about the home inspection industry. Home Inspections For Waterfront Properties
Thanks to the state’s beautiful lakes and coastline, New Hampshire has no shortage of waterfront properties. Many of these properties are vacation homes. While flipping houses, I realized that vacation homes were bought and sold more frequently than permanent residential properties. I enjoy being a part of this exciting process and having the opportunity to help vacationers find their perfect getaway.
My love for New Hampshire’s great outdoors and lakes has also helped me as a home inspector. Though I bought a boat to enjoy the water and spend more time fishing, once I had it, I realized just how many island homes were in our area. Now, I gladly use my boat to reach island customers that other inspectors are unable to reach.
