Complete Residential Inspection
InterNACHI Certified Inspector
As a certified home inspector, I provide comprehensive home inspections that adhere to InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I will inspect each of the following areas that is accessible in your home:
- Basement, foundation, crawlspace, and structure
- Attic, insulation, and ventilation
- Doors, windows, and interior
Additionally, I provide aerial drone inspections at no additional cost during the Complete Residential Inspection. Aerial drones are able to capture photos and videos of your roof and your property in situations where these areas are not easily accessible.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
In addition to residential home inspections for buyers, I also offer pre-listing inspections for sellers. During this inspection, I will help homesellers by finding the issues in the home that can be addressed before the home is put on the market. This gives sellers an advantage, as their home will be attractive to potential buyers and more conveniently move-in ready.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
I also suggest and provide customers with annual home maintenance inspections. During these once-a-year inspections, I check that the house is prepared for the upcoming season and that all of the accessible components of the home are in working order. Having this inspection done once a year saves homeowners the expense and hassle of repairing long-term damage.
Because of New Hampshire’s high concentration of granite, bedrock, and water, it is important that homes are inspected for radon gas. This gas is tasteless and odorless, so I use professional equipment to test and ensure that your home is free of the harmful substance and your family is healthy and safe!
Much of New Hampshire, especially in the lake and coastal areas, relies on well-water. This is why I provide water testing services where I will test water quality as well as plumbing to ensure that water reaching the home is safe for consumption and use.
An Interactive Create Request List™ (CRL) Tool
Each home inspection is performed using HomeGauge Software, which allows me to put together a detailed home inspection report that customers can access within 24 hours after the inspection from a computer or mobile device. Within this report, I will include plenty of photos that make it simpler to understand and repair any issues that were found. I will also include drone images and video of the property and roof. Each report features HomeGauge’s Create Request List Tool™, which allows the customer to list the defects found in the home as well as their plans to repair each one.
